 Our Company
McRoy-Wilbur Communities Inc. has built over 1500 Central Valley homes since 1983. Our company remains a small family owned venture with strong ties to the local communities. Our company has received "Builder of the Year" honors from the Central California Building Association in 1990 and in 2001.
In addition to community recognition for building achievements, we have been active in volunteer work over the past two decades. We were instrumental in the construction of a shelter for troubled adolescents, a food distributions center, children's home, and music pavilion for community concerts. It has been our guiding principle to give back to the communities, which have enabled our company to prosper.
We are currently involved in several different types of housing. Ranging from expensive, individual custom homes to a planned senior complex. While different in character and function, every community still exemplifies the involvement of local management and commitment to successful completion of the project.
